your job.
Respect-Recognition of individual employee’s differences and acceptance for their ability to
do the job in their own unique way.
Commitment to Quality- As a moral and practical issue quality starts with
relationships. From the owner of the business, to the employees, to the customers, everyone
needs to focus on providing the best service or product possible.
Honesty- Without honesty in the workplace communication, products and services, and
relationships all suffer.
Equitable Reward-The more equitable the reward system, the harder employees are
willing to work, and the more they will take ownership for products and services.
