Generational Differences

You may have four different generations in your workforce.  How are they getting along?  Are any of the conflicts
they have related to their generational perspective?  Knowing how to manage between the different generations (i.e.
Traditionalists, Baby Boomers) represented in your workforce can improve all aspects of your business.

Harassment/Workplace Violence

Remind your staff about the importance of a fair and safe workplace environment.  This training provides an
opportunity to review legal cases, different types of harassment, and what can happen if guidelines are not followed.
If you wish, a review of your own policy, as well as an examination, can be included in the training.

Is Image Everything?

How are you being perceived by your staff?  Everything from your voicemail greeting on your phone to the voice you
use to greet others should be reviewed periodically.  Take time to evaluate how you are perceived and what changes
you wish to make.

can feel like you handled it productively.

develop a plan to address the areas where your staff and your boss get into a shoving match with you in the middle.

The New Employee
